If you were caught doing to your pet what farmers do to battery chickens, from the day they hatch to the day they are sold as cull hens, you would be charged and prosecuted in terms of animal protection legislation.

We have started a campaign in South Africa. This is it! Mothers - for - hens. We are trying to educate the consumer and would like mothers to buy ONLY free range EGGS.
